This November we have the opportunity to support our students, educators, families, and community by voting yes on the Capital Bond
WHAT IS AN CAPITAL BOND?
A Capital Bond is a loan that voters approve to help pay for major school improvements, construction, and equipment. Bond money can only be used for school buildings, facilities, technology, and other major needs. Because a Capital Bond must be approved by voters, Scottsdale voters will decide whether SUSD can make these important investments in its schools. If approved, the bond will help keep our SUSD schools safe, up to date, and ready to support students for years to come!
WHY VOTE YES! SUSD?
SUSD schools and facilities are showing signs of wear and tear, and many of our high schools have not received major capital investments since 2008. This bond gives SUSD the opportunity to make expensive repairs. It will also help provide students with safe learning spaces, updated technology, and schools that meet the needs of today’s students.
